Three people 

Whose names I know 

Died because of 

Myalgic Encephalomyelitis 

In the past week.  

Who knows how many more? 

Something needs to be done. 

But hardly anyone volunteers.

People keep suffering. 

Keep dying. 

And everyone turns the other way.

Thinking 

It will never happen to them. 

I hope they're right 

For their sakes.
