SSI

I was finally awarded social security. 

My first check comes soon. 

I want an accessible vehicle that is reliable.

It would solve so many problems. 

Hopefully we qualify. 

I feel relieved. 

I never thought this benefit would come. 

I also feel annoyed it took 11 years.

11 years of struggling. 

11 years of suffering.

11 years of panic. 

11 years of raw survival.

No one should have to wait so long. 

No one should go through what I have. 

Things need to be better. 

But they are getting worse. 

And there's really not much 

I can do about it.
