Someone thinks I speak clearly and beautifully

When I got sick, my speech started slurring and I started talking very slowly to where people had a hard time understanding me.  My mother asked if I was taking drugs 🙄 

It was traumatic to lose people understanding me because most of my childhood I couldn't speak properly and felt so isolated.  And I didn't like people assuming I might be on drugs.  I also did a lot of public speaking and I had to quit.

I've been using RedNote because of the Tiktok ban and this woman in China said I spoke clear and beautiful English.  I've been crying since I translated the comment.
