This fucking pain

It's been unbearable for weeks 

Everything hurts 

But mostly my lower back 

And left leg. 

It won't stop and 

the flu symptoms are back

So are the nightmares 

I'm so exhausted 

And my stomach has 

not been nice to me

Every morning I feel so sick

And the migraines?

They suck too

Have you ever felt like 

Your brain was swelling past 

The capacity of your skull?

I sure have 

I need the suffering to stop

I need peace 

Or I need a break from it

I'm feeling worse all the time 

It's hell.
