A Year Ago

A year ago 

I had a bad day 

At least 

That's what Facebook told me 

I don't remember 

What happened on this day 

I remember 

My life was stressful last year 

And it only got worse over time 

But I don't know what made

That day 

Particularly bad 

It's funny how life works 

On your bad days 

You feel like you're drowning 

You feel like your whole life 

Is just so terrible 

It can't get any worse 

But it can 

And then you forget why 

You were so upset

The year before
