Stop telling me I "can't" 

My life is already full of "can't"s

I can't hear it too

Especially from you. 

Yes, I'm sick.

Yes, I'm disabled. 

Yes, I change my mind a lot.

Yes, I need help.

But that gives you no right 

To take away my autonomy 

And tell me I "can't"

Make a decision 

That affects my own life.
