Blepharospasm

In August 22' to March 23' I was having a serious eye twitching issue. It acts like blepharospasm but most likely isn't and causes blepharitis and extremely dry, gritty, painful eyes.  

Yesterday, I felt another episode coming on after years and I was terrified. I still am. I haven't turned on actual lights yet today.  

When it was going on I couldn't keep my eyes open at all and was basically blinded and had to listen to audiobooks all day and do nothing else. It was so awful. So, now I'm trying to relax because it's suspected stress can bring it on but honestly I'm just freaking out.
